  • Territory Manager – Home Depot Canada As a Territory Manager for Home Depot Canada stores in the Vancouver, BC area, you will build relationships with store staff and demonstrate industry expertise to develop sales results for The Pittsburgh Paints Company (PPC). You will work remotely, travel to Home Depot stores within the territory during the week, and report to the Regional Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Partner with Home Depot store management teams and associates to drive sales growth plans for PPC. Analyze territory sales performance reports and develop strategic plans to drive growth, monitor and adjust using PPC's CRM (ClientLink). Monitor and report on market and competitive activities. Build brand advocates by delivering training on DIY and Pro products to Home Depot sales associates. Participate in Major Market Training and road show events as scheduled. Engage all customers with their painting projects and PPC product support throughout the store, especially within the Paint and Pro desk areas. Conduct weekend and after‑hours customer clinics in Home Depot stores as needed. Ensure Home Depot's automatic replenishment system supplies product to support rate of sale, and on‑hand inventory counts are accurate by performing cycle counts. Recommend appropriate stock levels if on‑hand/on‑order do not align with rate of sale. Identify in‑store selling opportunities to secure wing stacks, bulk stacks, end‑caps, and stack‑outs to create impactful cross‑merchandised product displays. Merchandise colour centres and implement sales aides and point‑of‑purchase materials for all PPC paint and stain brands. Work with all PPC departments (Account Team, Sales, Marketing, Training, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain – Distribution Centre and Transportation, Customer Service, Tech Services) to exceed sales goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years of sales or account manager experience; paint or coatings experience preferred. Lift up to 65 lbs, including handling paint and, on an occasional basis, reset product bays (moving steel beams and shelving with assistance). Valid Driver's License.   • Job Details As an Account Development Manager with the Pittsburgh Paints Company, you will maintain an existing customer base with a large focus on new account development for the Winnipeg, Manitoba territory. You will call on customers within the territory. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Service existing customer accounts assigned to specified territory and grow their purchases. Maintain regular contact with customers and develop account planning strategy to cultivate sales of customers with most growth potential. Facilitate product recommendations, application and performance and colour in response to customer needs. Facilitate timely and accurate customer quotations to achieve margin targets according to Dulux (PPC) pricing strategies.
