Responsibilities Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting timely project delivery. Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and develop warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. Project Support: Work closely with project managers and site teams Workflow Optimization: Continuously streamline warehouse processes to improve efficiency, space utilization, and accuracy while reducing operational costs. Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards in receiving, staging, and dispatch to ensure products are handled, stored, and shipped in a way that preserves integrity and client satisfaction. Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing warehouse and inventory budgets, controlling expenses, and optimizing resource allocation Qualifications ~3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role in logistics and distribution
