    On behalf of our client, Blain King Insurance & Financial Services, Co-operators, a respected and community-driven insurance agency, we are looking for a Client Experience Administrator to join their growing team.About Our ClientOur client is a trusted name in the insurance industry, known for their commitment to personalized service, strong community involvement and long-term client relationships. They are committed to creating a better, more sustainable and resilient future.The OpportunityThe Client Experience Administrator will play a key role in coordinating and implementing the agency's client contact program. This includes conducting outbound calls to schedule appointments, collecting renewal information and ensuring client details are accurately maintained in the CRM system. The position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to client satisfaction, retention and overall agency growth, ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized and working in a supportive team environment.The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be an organized, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset. You enjoy connecting with clients over the phone, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Above all, you take pride in contributing to a business that values relationships, trust and community.Responsibilities/RequirementsComplete outbound calls to obtain insurance expiry dates, schedule annual reviews, set and confirm appointments.Schedule all appointments on the appropriate team member's calendar.Document client profile notes within our CRM system (Salesforce).Track call activity including calls dialed, contacts made, and appointments booked.Provide administrative support such as coordinating on-site client events, coordinating employee education sessions and correspondence to the Group Benefits Specialist.Skilled in verbal + written communication, particularly through outbound calling and email correspondence.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport + foster trust.Highly organized with strong time management + attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel , familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an asset.Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, a Criminal Record + Consumer History background check is required as a condition of employment.BenefitsBase Salary: $22/hour based on a 7-hour workday (including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)Performance Bonus: Incentive pay for meeting appointment booking targets (~$1,250 a quarter).RRSP (We provide a 2% salary match, with the option for voluntary contributions.)Group BenefitsEmployer-paid benefits, except for Long Term Disability, which is employee-paid. This plan is valued at approximately $6,000 per year. The LTD monthly premium that the employee would pay is under $50.$500 Personal Wellness Spending Account.Schedule: Monday-FridayWe offer flexible hours, allowing for a later start and evening work, or splitting time between morning and later in the day based on 7 working hours per day.Vacation: 3 weeksOther Paid Time Off:Statutory holidays, birthdays, early closure on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.Volunteer Opportunities:Participate in community events. Recent activities included the Coldest Night of the Year walk and supporting the North Grove harvest.
