What We’re Looking For: Experience in education/training of store associates Proven experience in retail environment Passionate about the On brand and active lifestyle Friendly, engaging, with excellent relationship-building skills Strong communicator, both verbal and written Tech-savvy with smartphones and reporting tools Reliable transportation What You’ll Receive: Paid $50 USD per store training visit (plus travel incentives) based on experience and location Dedicated stores to service in your area - stores are generally visited once a month for one hour Flexibility to be able to schedule visits, at different times during the day, based on when the store manager advises there will be the greatest number of associates to train.
