Job Title: Construction Labourer – Asphalt & Concrete Maintenance Company: TNC Driveway Specialists Location: Calgary, AB Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal Hours: 30–45 hours per week Season: April to November Start Date: As soon as possible Wage: $22.00 per hour Job Description: TNC Driveway Specialists is a Calgary-based company specializing in asphalt and concrete maintenance services, including sealcoating, crack filling, and minor surface repairs. We are seeking reliable and physically fit Construction Labourers to support our seasonal operations. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with asphalt and concrete sealcoating applications • Perform crack filling and surface preparation • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment • Operate basic tools and equipment safely • Maintain clean and organized job sites • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Follow all workplace safety procedures Job Requirements: • Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual labour • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Valid driver’s licence preferred • Ability to communicate in English for safety purposes • WHMIS / PPE / safety training is an asset • Previous experience in construction, asphalt, or concrete work is an asset Work Location: Various residential job sites throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
