Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager located in Woodbridge, ON. The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and managing resources to ensure timely completion within budget. Responsibilities include project scheduling, supervising project teams, liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires proactive problem-solving and decision-making to ensure project objectives are achieved successfully.

Proven expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction ManagementStrong skills in Project Management and Project CoordinationExperience and proficiency in Budgeting and financial resource managementKnowledge of safety regulations, construction processes, and quality control practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are metBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredExperience working in the construction industry; experience with large-scale projects is an assetProficiency in project management software is an advantage
