We are currently seeking a Mobile Ambassador for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. The Mobile Ambassador is responsible for monitoring the parking facilities by circulating regularly in a company vehicle. They will assist customers with a variety of add-on services while monitoring. What Would You Be Doing? Greet, welcome, and assist customers with any questions or inquiries Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipment Participate in monitoring the vicinity by circulating regularly in a company vehicle Identify and issue violation tickets to vehicles that are illegally parked or in violation of parking or traffic rules as prescribed by the airport Support and communicate directly with the supervisor on all necessary tasks Communicate and coordinate with various departments when required for customer assistance and/or parking facility maintenance Support customers in cases of technical machine errors Conduct space counts to coordinate the closing or opening of parking areas Set up and remove all temporary signage in parking lots Complete daily maintenance reports and plans Keep parking areas and sidewalks safe and free of hazards and debris Other duties as required Working Conditions Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions with frequent exposure to varying temperatures Must be able to lift and push up to 50 lbs Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time What Are We Looking For? Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long‑term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi‑year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada’s largest airport for the future of air travel—including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world‑class passenger experience. Job Summary The Procurement Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the procurement function for a large‑scale aviation infrastructure project based in Mississauga. The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for vendor pre‑qualification, tender issuance, commercial evaluation, and contract administration to ensure all procurement activities align with project timelines, budget, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate brings experience in complex construction environments, strong commercial and technical acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to ensure that the procurement activities are aligned with project objectives and deliver best‑value solutions. Responsibilities Support the preparation and issuance of procurement strategies and tender packages for goods and services required for project execution. Coordinate the pre‑qualification of bidders and manage the tender process using electronic quotation systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all technical, commercial, and schedule requirements are captured in tender documentation. Perform commercial evaluations of bids and contribute to vendor selection by presenting best‑for‑project options. Maintain clear communication with vendors and internal departments regarding procurement timelines, clarifications, and deliverables. Support the negotiation and execution of vendor contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Track procurement activities, including vendor performance and delivery timelines, to ensure compliance with project requirements. Assist in the preparation of purchase orders using SAP and ensure alignment with project controls and financial systems. Participate in kick‑off meetings and coordinate the handover of executed contracts to the subcontracts administration team. Monitor and address procurement‑related risks and elevate concerns appropriately to project leadership. Support stakeholder and client reporting by compiling procurement metrics and progress updates. Maintain organized procurement records and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and actively participate in procurement‑related working groups. Work Conditions The position is based at our offices in Mississauga, Ontario, with regular visits to project sites and occasional supplier or vendor meetings as required. The position is 5 days per week with core hours between approximately 8:00 am–5:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch or as agreed upon with your manager. All employees must complete a RAIC and Criminal background check. Desired Skills, Knowledge, Competencies Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. C.P.P., SCMP or equivalent professional designation is considered an asset. 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction or large infrastructure projects. Familiarity with procurement software systems and enterprise tools such as SAP. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point. Demonstrated negotiation and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a high‑paced environment.
