What You Will Do You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of complex categories of spend, including high value and hard-to-source products and services in accordance with TTC’s Policies and Department procedures. You will maintain, develop and prepare specific/unique contract documents including RFP/RFBx, NRFPs, RFI, AGAN and conduct contract negotiations and approvals for the procurement of complex services (e.g. legal services, facilities management contracts, consulting agreements, financial services, marketing services, etc.), standard letters, forms and procurement tender/proposal documents. We are currently looking to hire a Senior Advisor to support the Chief Capital Officer What you will Do Under the guidance and direction of the Chief Capital Officer, you will support the development and implementation of strategic objectives and initiatives for their Office. What You Will Do You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive quality assurance program for ongoing track construction projects throughout the subway system. The incumbent is responsible for developing, co-ordinating and participating in quality assurance checks. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to provide frontline engineering support to the night shift (e.g. regarding an installation issue) and/or carry out a variety of technical inspections and projects as required. This involves: Developing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive quality assurance program for all track construction work throughout the subway system. Monitoring the quality control of the track construction and rehabilitation projects. What You Will Do You will be responsible for the procurement of complex categories of spend, including high value and hard-to-source products and services in accordance with TTC’s Policies and Department procedures and assist the Category Manager in the training and guidance of the team while assisting with the implementation of industry best practices initiatives in their category portfolio.
