Our client, a leading travel company, is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support their growing team. This role focuses on building strong HR foundations, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organizational development in a dynamic SME environment.
Finalize and harmonize employee handbooks across business units.
Develop onboarding and training programs to drive engagement and retention.
Create professional development tools and HR templates.
Implement efficient, people-focused HR procedures.
Support change initiatives and full-cycle recruitment.
Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
~3–5 years of HR experience, ideally within an SME or growing company.
~ Experience in the travel industry a huge asset
~ Strong understanding of Quebec labor laws and HR best practices.
~ Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
