This role focuses on building strong HR foundations, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organizational development in a dynamic SME environment. Finalize and harmonize employee handbooks across business units. Develop onboarding and training programs to drive engagement and retention. Create professional development tools and HR templates. Implement efficient, people-focused HR procedures. Support change initiatives and full-cycle recruitment.
