Overview
Treasure Hill is seeking an experienced Senior Leader in Construction to lead and oversee low-rise and high-rise residential projects from planning through completion. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, this leadership role is responsible for managing design development, consultant coordination, building permits, construction transition, quality compliance, and financial oversight across an active portfolio.
The successful candidate will drive architectural design development in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and external consultants; oversee siting, grading, and building permit submissions; ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code and municipal regulations; and support seamless transitions from design to construction. This role also includes managing budgets, reviewing consultant invoices, maintaining project timelines, and providing regular executive-level reporting.
Qualifications:
7–10+ years of residential construction project management experience (low-rise, high-rise, or stacked towns)Strong knowledge of OBC, Tarion, HCRA, and municipal planning processesDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related fieldPMP designation preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and project management systems
