This person will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment operations at one of our key client's site and managing the client relationship . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment environments, a deep understanding of the warehousing and manufacturing industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for our key client, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Oversee all recruitment operations at the client's site, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement, to meet client staffing needs. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the warehousing and manufacturing industry. Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruitment metrics and performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Responsible for all on-boarding and day to day communication with candidates. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any client issues or concerns. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in an onsite environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience with high-volume recruitment environments. Proven experience managing client relationships. Strong knowledge of the warehousing and manufacturing industry, including recruitment practices and workforce trends. Entrepreneurial spirit. Proficiency in HR operations, recruitment tools, reporting, and analytics. Excellent MS Office Skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexible working hours a must. Driving license and vehicle a must.     Job Description TRG is hiring Distribution Technician in Toronto, ON! Join our client team, a Canadian, global pharmaceutical company that produces high-quality medicines for patients around the world. Intersection : Weston Rd Pay Rate : $18.84 Shift : Monday to Friday | 7:00 am to 3:30 pm What you'll be doing Operate the carousel system to pick orders and re-stock, ensuring that product, lot numbers and quantities are correct, and SAP and Nova are updated. Pack shipments using SAP, verifying correct product, lot numbers and quantities; wrapping, labeling, and weighing skids; and checking to ensure that the proper order and shipping labels are attached. Pick orders from overstock and ensure that the correct lot numbers and quantities are picked using the RF unit. Ship orders using a computerized freight management system. Move materials to best utilize warehouse space. Operate the forklift and other equipment in the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and ensure compliance when using the material handling equipment. Physically receive materials and verify the accuracy of shipments by checking for overages, shortages, and damaged goods. Notify Inventory Analyst of any inventory discrepancies. Ensure all work is performed in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Documents (SODs), and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs). Ensure all training documents are read and understood before signing the training records. Adhere to all internal and external regulations according to the Health Products and Food Branch Inspectorate (HPFBI), the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA), and all other regulatory agencies. Maintain commitment to corporate mission statement and initiatives (including the “Apotex 2010 Business Drivers”). Participate in any internal / external audits / inspections / assessments, as necessary. Work as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes. Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications What we need from you: Fluent in English written and oral communication; knowledge of material handling equipment is an asset.
