Responsibilities
Build and lead the software quality & security organization, creating an inclusive, successful environment where people can thrive and where fail fast and learning is encouraged!
Lead the adoption of quality and security automation strategies that strengthen CI/CD pipelines, testing coverage, and cloud operational resilience.

Qualifications
Post-secondary education in a relevant field of Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related technical discipline.
7+ years of experience across software quality assurance, software engineering, and/or application security roles.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing engineering, product, and operations teams to adopt quality and security standards.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels – ability to present highly complex, technical, or difficult messages clearly and persuasively.
ONTARIO ONLY: The compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 CAD. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
