Key Responsibilities: Monitor and inspect equipment, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, meters, and other instruments to measure temperature, pressure, and fuel flow. Detect and address leaks or equipment malfunctions to ensure optimal performance. Respond to tenant concerns regarding heating and cooling systems. Supervise contractors and schedule quarterly maintenance. Operate and maintain the fire panel, manage water treatment systems, and perform routine maintenance tasks. Qualifications: 4th Class Power Engineer or 2nd Class Stationary Engineer (Refrigeration). Strong mechanical skills. Previous experience in commercial property management is an asset.
