About the Job: We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Snow Removal Team for the upcoming winter season. This is an on-call position — hours and shift lengths depend on snowfall frequency and accumulation. For the right candidates, this position can transition into full-time employment come spring. Key Responsibilities: - Meet at our shop before 6:00 AM so our crews can be on-site by 6:00 AM. -Perform snow shoveling, salting, and general snow and ice management at commercial and residential properties. - Operate snow blowers, shovels, and other related equipment (training provided if needed). - Work safely and efficiently, often in cold, and early-morning conditions. Requirements: - Clean, valid driver’s license (must provide abstract upon request) - Reliable transportation to and from the shop - Cell phone for communication updates - Punctuality and dependability are essential. Those who are undependable will be replaced. - Must be able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required by weather conditions.
