Sriskanda Property Management (part of Sriskanda Group of Companies) is seeking a proactive and versatile Property Maintenance Tech/Handyman/Labourer to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential and commercial properties, ensuring all spaces are safe, functional, and visually appealing. Your expertise will help uphold high standards of property upkeep, supporting a positive environment for residents, tenants, and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, welding, and general maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting that values teamwork and quality workmanship.DutiesRespond to tenant complaints for basic maintenance concerns and repairsConduct repairs which may involve changing faucets, replacing locks and door knobs, replacing furnace filters, diagnosing leaks and other concernsCoordinate with third party contractors and service providers to schedule and supervise service.Clean rental units once a tenant has moved outHave a G license capable of renting a U-Haul and performing junk removalAssist with facilities maintenance tasks such as painting (including residential painting), carpentry, drywall repair, and general handyman duties.Operate basic tools.Be willing to drive distances of up to 100 kms to pick lock boxes up, pickup keys from clients and perform basic administrative tasksBe able to utilize a smart phone in order to access work orders, invoices and checklistsSupervise or assist with small projects or team tasks while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or resident concerns promptly and professionally.QualificationsOntario G Driving License with a clean drivers abstractSkilled in basic plumbing, electrical, handyman type dutiesFamiliarity with using a smart phone and basic softwares for invocing and work ordersExcellent driver with strong customer service skillsStrong communication skills/problem solverJob Type: Full-timePay: $800.00 per weekWork Location: On the road
