Job Description: Aeronautical Sheet Metal Fabricator

What You Will Do:Set up and operate sheet metal equipment such as laser cutting, presses, grit blasting, and plasma spray systems.Fabricate and assemble engine components, including rework, deburring, weld preparation, dimpling, spot welding, and riveting.Conduct in-process inspections using gauges, fixtures, and statistical process control.Perform forming operations with compensation for material springback and support prototype development.Operate multiple machines and handle press fixtures using a forklift.Contribute to process improvement and team training.Carry out maintenance tasks (e.g., filter/fluid changes) and complete quality documentation.Package and clean parts according to aerospace specifications.
What You Bring:
RequiredDiploma in Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication (Tôlerie de précision).Proficiency in reading blueprints and manufacturing drawings (French and English).Fluent in spoken and written French; basic English to follow technical instructions.Familiarity with Windows-based systems and SAP.2–5 years of relevant experience in aerospace or precision sheet metal work.Eligible for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
PreferredExperience with engine component fabrication.Skills in laser cutting, grit blasting, or plasma spray processes.
