Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day U.S. business immigration client engagements, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective service delivery.     Job Description
    As a Senior Associate, your role is essential in upholding compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax processes for employees on international assignments. This position is key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws
    Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
    Tax Compliance & Advisory : Prepare, review, and file tax returns for globally mobile employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Provide tax and payroll advisory services to multinational companies and their globally mobile employees. Collaboration & Employee Support : Effectively oversee and coordinate remote client project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues across global delivery centers to drive project success and operational efficiency. Client & Business Development : Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing tax guidance for business travelers, identifying new opportunities within the existing client base, and expanding relationships to drive business growth. Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze compensation and payroll data, prepare documentation for tax optimization, maintain detailed tax records, stay updated on international tax laws, and present key findings to management, auditors, and tax authorities.
    Qualifications
    At least 3 years experiencing in Canadian & US individual tax planning for employee Preferred experience includes, cross-border movement including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process and managing international assignee populations of multinational clients. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
