We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact L&D projects and programs that strengthen leadership and professional capabilities across the organization. This role owns the lifecycle of complex initiatives – from needs assessment and project scoping through delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement – while applying strong governance and stakeholder management to deliver consistent, scalable outcomes in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, HR, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate evolving capability needs into practical, engaging learning solutions, leveraging blended approaches and external partners as needed. Key Responsibilities L&D Project Leadership – Drive end‑to‑end management of complex L&D projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and evaluation. Program & Project Execution Excellence – Manage multiple concurrent projects and programs with rigor across scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, and communications. Learning Portfolio Oversight – Oversee the structure and evolution of the learning portfolio, ensuring offerings meet capability needs and business objectives. Strategic Stakeholder Partnership – Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, HR, and cross‑functional teams to understand performance needs and translate them into actionable learning solutions. Vendor and Partner Management – Source, manage, and optimize relationships with external vendors, facilitators, and content providers. Change, Adoption & Impact Measurement – Embed learning into business processes, interpret learner feedback, program metrics to assess impact, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Learning Events & Delivery Coordination – Coordinate and oversee a range of learning events and activities, including workshops, webinars, and external programs. Continuous Improvement & Innovation – Stay current on emerging trends and best practices, bring forward new ideas, and improve effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability. Ideal Profile Progressive experience in Learning & Development, Project/Program Management, Change Management, or related fields, leading multi‑program or enterprise initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. Strong stakeholder and vendor partnership skills, with comfort engaging across levels and functions. Familiarity with change management practices and supporting adoption of learning initiatives. Experience supporting global and/or cross‑functional L&D initiatives, working virtually across time zones. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, facilitation), practical, solutions‑oriented approach. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: Minimum 7‑10 years of relevant experience. Certification: CHRP (as required). What Success Looks Like (first 6–12 months) Key learning programs delivered with strong governance and clear stakeholder alignment. Learning journeys structured, scalable, and supported by measurable outcomes. Stakeholders view L&D as a trusted partner translating needs into actionable solutions. Job Description As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your role is essential as a tax technical business partner to our clients, providing essential value to them while leveraging local and global teams in areas such as policy development and design, payroll, immigration, and automation. Your main objective is to be a trusted tax advisor to clients, including helping them to reduce tax‑related risks while ensuring that both the organization and its employees benefit from a comprehensive global mobility program that adheres to relevant tax laws. Responsibilities Lead and coach Vialto teams, recognizing their strengths and personal development needs, while building an atmosphere of trust. Act to resolve issues that prevent your team from working effectively. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations for clients. Use multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions and recommendations for complex business problems. Accurately review and sign tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile employees within designated deadlines. Offer specialized advice and strategic recommendations to clients regarding tax, payroll, and global mobility policy. Work with Vialto teams, in tandem with clients’ finance and HR departments, to ensure precise calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions. Offer specialized tax advice on assignment structures, leveraging tax treaties, and identifying tax‑efficient benefits. Stay informed on the latest developments in international tax laws and regulations and discuss relevant changes with clients, providing advice on the impact to their business and meaningful recommendations. Introduce clients to other service lines within the business to address cross‑functional issues and collaborate with subject matter experts (“SMEs”) for integrated solutions. Exceptional skills in managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collections, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
