As a Sales Support Specialist in our Wealth team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient sales operation of our platform. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from optimizing procedures to providing exceptional customer support and conducting data analysis. Additionally, you will assist clients with onboarding procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate transactions across different banking platforms.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the internal sales and operations team to ensure smooth operational efficiency Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring schedules and budgets are met. Provide excellent support to prospective clients by answering their questions and informing about the onboarding procedures Assist with local event planning, curate private and public events to drive brand recognition and sales Perform any other administrative duties required to support daily operations
Requirements:
A strong passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively Dedication to teamwork and collaboration Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment Prior experience in operations within a financial institution or digital asset company is preferred Bilingualism (Mandarin Chinese) is a significant asset
