    Role Overview Experienced ServiceNow Developer cum Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, custom development, integrations, and SNOW AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, build scalable solutions, and drive the adoption of AI/GenAI features within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities

    Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications.

    Define technical standards, reusable components, and platform governance.

    Design scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

    Lead architectural reviews, solution designs, and technical workshops.

    Hands‑on development using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.

    Develop and configure Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portal components, and UI Builder components.

    Implement and enhance SNOW AI features such as Predictive Intelligence, Automation Discovery, Virtual Agent, NLU, and GenAI.

    Build and manage custom applications using App Engine Studio and Scoped Apps.

    Required Skills

    Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture and application development.

    Deep proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, server/client scripting.

    Experience with Virtual Agent, NLU models, Predictive Intelligence, or SNOW AI features.

    Knowledge of Service Portal, Now Experience, and UI Builder components.

    Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.

    Preferred Skills

    Experience with GenAI features such as Now Assist.

    Experience with IntegrationHub, Spokes, and custom integrations.

    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
