About The Job
We are building the next-generation Data Platform that sets the standard for freshness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, and ease of use to power Warner Music Group’s business. We are reimagining this platform from the ground up, including:
How we store, represent, ingest and serve factual data about artists, songwriters, and their works
How we ingest, process, ETL, and serve data about music consumption across all digital platforms we partner with
How we represent the relationships between artists, songwriters, and their works to power next-generation search and discovery for our analysts and business partners.
Our Data Platform is the foundation of all we do at Warner Music Group, feeding core business processes like marketing optimization, performance tracking, and rights acquisition and distribution; next-generation capabilities like artist‑fan connection, trend analysis and other machine learning powered applications; and even advanced capabilities like generative AI applications in music.

You are passionate about music and have a deep desire to provide the data that will help bring more great music into the world
You have a high sense of ownership and a drive to deliver impact in a fast‑paced, evolving, ambiguous environment
You have a drive to grow, learn, and master the craft of software development – You are an excellent coder and empathetic communicator with great design skills
