  • POSITION OVERVIEW The Technical Administrator, Personal Lines, will be responsible for the oversight of the Aged Receivables (AR) for the entire Personal Lines (PL) department. This role involves communicating with various brokers regarding any past due AR and actioning the cancellation for non-payment of those files. The individual will also oversee Personal Lines transacting and audit the transacting of new business done in the prior day.     REQUIREMENTS: High attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

As a leader in the Contact Center, you would be accountable for ensuring the sales team deliver a high level of internal/external customer service. You will work directly with Contact Center management to ensure that all KPIs are set and achieved, and the team are engaged and performing at a high level.     Client Advisory & Relationship Management Provide expert insurance advice and recommend suitable coverage options. Maintain updated knowledge of company risk appetite and binding authorities. Handle claim submissions and follow-up processes. Assist Account Executives in maintaining customer relations and contacts.
