  • Enterprise Resources Planning Business Analyst

We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in the analysis and delivery of ERP implementation projects. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, ERP systems, and project execution . You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and implementation partners to understand business needs, translate them into ERP requirements, and support successful project delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a business background who understands operations, is comfortable with technology, and wants to grow into ERP project leadership. Must-haves Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field . 1–2 years of experience in business operations, process analysis, or a technology-adjacent role . Exposure to ERP systems (implementation, configuration, support, or operations), or strong interest in ERP solutions. Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements . Ability to translate business needs into functional ERP requirements and workflows. Strong communication skills, comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders . Basic understanding of project management concepts, timelines, and delivery processes. Strong documentation skills (process flows, requirements documents, meeting notes). Nice-to-haves 6+ months of experience supporting ERP or software implementation projects . Familiarity with common ERP platforms (NetSuite, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Experience in a consulting, agency, startup, or venture studio environment. Understanding of supply chain, finance, accounting, inventory, or operations workflows. Bilingual in English and French . Ability to work from the office (downtown Montreal). Responsibilities Work with clients and internal teams to analyze business processes and identify ERP requirements. Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for ERP implementations. Support ERP project delivery by assisting with scope definition, planning, and coordination . Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical/implementation teams. Participate in solution design discussions to ensure ERP configurations align with business needs. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and client training materials. Contribute to improving Webisoft’s ERP delivery methodologies, templates, and best practices .     Webisoft is a leading development studio specializing in web, Web3, and AI solutions . We’re looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing and dynamic team in downtown Montreal . In this role, you’ll be responsible for calling leads, qualifying opportunities, and moving prospects through the sales funnel . You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help identify client needs, nurture relationships, and support the closing of new business opportunities. If you’re energetic, curious about technology, and passionate about helping innovative companies grow through digital transformation, this is a great opportunity to build your career in tech sales with a forward-thinking team. This is a hybrid position (a few days a week in the office). Responsibilities Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads to qualify potential clients. Identify key decision-makers and assess client needs to determine fit with Webisoft’s services. Schedule discovery meetings and demos for senior sales representatives and project leads. Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead conversion. Support ongoing relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle. Contribute to weekly team meetings and share feedback on lead quality and outreach strategies.
