    Senior Project Manager – Project Delivery Team Lead As the Leader of the Project Delivery Team, you will provide Project Management Services from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, quality, communication, contract management, design, meetings, procurement, financial control, mentorship, and business development. Responsibilities Support Site Supervisor/Superintendent with safety requirements throughout the project. Ensure Westcor’s quality standards are met throughout the project. Liaise between all key industry partners (Client, Consultants, Trade Partners) and communicate throughout the project. Provide monthly project updates, including schedule, deliverables, photos, budget, concerns, constraints. Oversee shop drawing review and document management. Oversee RFI process. Schedule and participate, and act as rotating chair, in monthly “Project Success Self Evaluation” meetings. Review, understand and proactively manage terms and conditions within the prime contract to mitigate risk and issues. Document non‑compliance of trade partners (see notice processes). Procure required project insurance and bonding (if applicable). Responsible for completion of operation and maintenance documents (combined with as‑built drawings & warranties). Assist with the distribution of consultant deficiency lists and attend walk‑throughs. Guide the team through the design, ensuring client needs are captured and documented. Provide constructive feedback on constructability, schedule impact, and cost impact. Lead the team to identify gaps in design and contract documents. Coordinate and chair initial commissioning meeting to develop commissioning plan. Attend and/or coordinate client meetings, chair as required. Coordinate all project meetings (trade partners, scheduling, lessons learned) using the Last Planner System. Validate and approve meeting minutes. Chair, attend, and participate in design meetings. Apply for permits based on requirements of authorities having jurisdiction. Oversee procurement and administration of all scopes of work and coordinate construction meetings. Identify constraints such as product availability and long‑delivery items via Last Planner System. Oversee the tender process and provide budget updates and cash‑flow forecasts. Provide feedback to estimating on procurement lessons learned. Review change orders and manage the change‑order process with the Project Development Team. Complete trade award in collaboration with estimating using the “Trade Award and Project Success Process”. Review trade partners’ monthly progress bills. Prepare and submit monthly progress bill invoices and holdbacks as per contracts. Ensure estimates remain within budget and align with schedule. Schedule and complete monthly WIP reporting and forecasting. Support completion of documentation for cost recovery of back‑charge/s by assisting with administration. Prepare claims paperwork and reconciliations for legal cases and insolvency issues. Provide support and guidance to junior roles within the Project Development Team. Foster an environment where learning is encouraged. Recommend opportunities for team members to develop a continuous‑improvement mindset. Motivate and conduct PDCA cycles with direct reports. Participate in seeking new opportunities and act as a Westcor brand ambassador. Qualifications Completion of a degree or diploma/certificate in construction or a related field. With a degree: 8 years of related progressive experience as a project manager with a GC or 6 years experience as a supervisor. With a diploma/certificate: 10 years experience as a project manager with a GC or 8 years as a supervisor. Technical knowledge of construction management and construction principles and practices.
