Job Description Define clear and measurable objectives for Western Coast Enterprise Ltd. Formulate and approve comprehensive policies and programs that support these objectives and ensure the company operates efficiently and effectively in its target markets. Establish major departments and senior staff positions and ensure the recruitment of highly qualified professionals to lead these departments. Allocate material, human, and financial resources effectively to implement the company's policies and programs. Select and appoint middle managers, directors, and other executive staff who possess the skills and experience necessary to drive the company's success. Coordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, and departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and seamless operation. Represent or delegate Western Coast Enterprise Ltd. in high-level negotiations and official functions when appropriate, ensuring consistent and effective representation in all official capacities, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience University degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the forestry industry and products is considered an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
