Position Overview We’re hiring Construction Labourers (no experience necessary) for pre-engineered steel building installation. This role involves physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities: - Work with power hand tools, aerial lifts, and telehandlers if certified - Assist with steel building and metal exterior finishing - Perform site maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized - Work safely at heights of 20 to 30 feet and lift heavy materials of 50 pounds or more - Follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and be a team player - Travel to various job sites across southern Manitoba and other provinces Requirements: - **Must be legally eligible to work in Canada** (No visa sponsorship available) - **Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract** - Comfortable with physically demanding work & working at heights - Willingness to travel for extended periods (up to **21 days on, 7-10 days off**) - Certifications preferred (Fall Protection, Aerial Lift, Telehandler, WHMIS, First Aid/CPR) - **No experience? No problem!** We’re willing to train the right person.
