Demonstrated experience leading or supporting professional multi-disciplinary teams comprised of resources with a wide spectrum of experience. Experience delivering complex capital projects, including renovations and/or new construction valued over $250M. Proven experience in a leadership role on projects involving diverse internal and external stakeholder groups, applying effective change management strategies, with a strong record of delivering results on time and within scope. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Post-secondary degree in relevant disciplines such as architecture, interior design, engineering, health, business, or public administration from a recognized and accredited educational institution. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Project Management Professional Certification is considered an asset. Certification/Licensure/Registration Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate. Project Management Professional Certification is considered an asset.
