What You’ll Do: Own the social strategy—from ideation to execution—for a diverse portfolio of clients. Manage and grow presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and beyond. Oversee content creation, ensuring content is high-performing assets that align with brand identities. Stay ahead of emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep WJ and our clients ahead of the curve. Work closely with creative, paid media, and strategy teams to execute cross-channel campaigns. Analyze performance metrics, optimize content strategies, and provide data-driven insights to clients. Experiment, test, and innovate—we love pushing creative boundaries.
What You Bring: 3-5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and management. A strong creative eye with the ability to guide our creative team in craft engaging visuals, captions, and social-first storytelling. Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Brandwatch). A deep understanding of social trends, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms. Experience in paid social and influencer marketing is a plus. A results-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
