XNW Digital is growing fast—and we need a Chief of Staff to help us scale smartly, not chaotically.
This is not a glorified admin role. It’s a force-multiplier position working directly with our founder/CEO. You’ll own internal coordination between our U.S. leadership team and our Poland-based performance marketing team. You’ll be the connective tissue between vision and execution—keeping people, projects, and priorities aligned across time zones.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate global teams across U.S. and Poland time zonesOperationalize priorities and track execution across multiple clientsKeep internal comms sharp, decisions documented, and everyone accountablePartner with the CEO to ensure strategy isn’t lost in the chaosDesign processes that help us grow without breaking what works
You’re a fit if:
