This role is critical to keeping our hardware operations running smoothly — from receiving and shipping laptops and AV equipment to maintaining an organized facility and preparing devices for end users.
If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, following procedures, and have an interest in technology and IT, we strongly encourage you to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
This is a full-time, onsite position reporting to the Facilities Manager.
This role offers significant opportunities for growth into other areas of the business based on interest, performance, and skillset.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Receive, inspect, and ship laptops, parts, and IT/AV equipment • Prepare outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and palletizing • Track incoming and outgoing shipments and communicate with shipping companies • Pick parts and stage equipment for internal projects and client deployments • Follow documented, step-by-step procedures to prepare laptops for end users • Use warehouse management and inventory software accurately and consistently • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse and staging areas • Safely move heavy boxes and equipment using proper lifting techniques and a small lift • Assist with general facility organization, cleanliness, and basic maintenance • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or opportunities for process improvement • Assist other areas of the business as needed

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented work style • Comfortable following written procedures and checklists • Ability to safely lift and move heavy boxes and equipment • Experience with shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is an asset • Basic computer skills and comfort using software systems • Interest in IT, technology, or hardware (on-the-job training provided) • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

NICE TO HAVE • Previous experience with laptop or hardware deployments • Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems • Experience working with couriers and freight companies • Forklift or small lift experience (or willingness to be trained)
