    Summary:As a fast-growing e-commerce company, our fulfillment network delivers thousands of packages to Yami customers every day. We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of our new fulfillment center in Toronto. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire facility, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will drive the initial site setup, establish high-performance teams, and implement operational plans that meet business goals in the most cost-effective manner.     Qualifications and RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management (Advanced degree preferred).Experience: 5- 8+ years of management experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce supply chain : Proven experience leading large, diverse, multi-shift teams (30–200+ employees).Technical Skills: Expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), performance metrics, and continuous improvement toolsAnalytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to extract and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.Communication: Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Bilingual in English and MandarinLocal Expertise: A deep understanding of Canadian/Ontario warehouse safety regulations (OHSA) and labor laws (ESA) is required.Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business requirementsStatus: Must have legal status to work in Canada (No sponsorship).
