To be considered for this role, you will be an Architect/ Technologist with extensive dedicated experience in CA. What you Will BringDegree in Architecture or Architectural Technologist Diploma from a recognized institution or CSC certification / training. On-job experience will be also considered (contractor or consultant or developer work)5-9 years related experience in the production of contract documents, contract administration or direct construction experienceCurious, energetic and driven to perform effectively in a demanding high growth, fast paced environmentLocal and Canadian experience in different building typologies such as office, commercial, multi-family, institutional, retail, healthcare and hospitality building types is considered an assetStrong understanding of both non-combustible and combustible building systems preferred. What We Are SeekingThe Intermediate Technologist provides leadership and guidance to team members in the production of all aspects of a project including schematic design, design development, working drawings, construction administration and team coordination.
