We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for creating and executing social media content to accounts across multiple platforms and brands. Who You Are You are a social media enthusiast looking to make an impact across multiple brands while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. You have hands-on experience creating engaging content, growing online communities, and analyzing performance to optimize social media growth. You are self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently. You have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously without compromising quality. What You'll Do Implement social media strategies for multiple brands to ensure brand consistency and engagement. Create engaging and relevant content for diverse audiences across various platforms, including text graphics, videos, and stories. Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms using scheduling tools to ensure timely and relevant content delivery. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement and positive brand sentiment. Working with various teams to facilitate and execute video distribution across multiple social media platforms. What You Have Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Content creation skills including producing graphics and copywriting. Proficiency with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite and Adobe applications such as Photoshop. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta/Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.) to track and measure performance. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, small team environment. Creative thinker who stays ahead of digital trends and social media innovations. Experience with storytelling on social media platforms as well as graphic design skills are an asset. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, pitching, setting up, and managing ongoing programmatic relationships — ensuring Zoomer Digital’s inventory and audiences are represented across key automated buying channels. This is a pure sales role: no campaign management or administrative support responsibilities. You’ll own the full business development lifecycle — from pipeline creation to deal activation — while logging all activities, opportunities, and communications in Ad Orbit (OMS) like any other member of our digital sales team. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem with a proactive, relationship-driven sales approach. What You'll Do Prospect and build relationships with agencies, trading desks, DSPs, SSPs, and brand-side programmatic buyers. Pitch and activate deals that increase Zoomer Digital’s programmatic revenue footprint across PMP, PG, and PD channels. Negotiate terms and deal structures directly with partners to optimize yield and long-term relationships. Collaborate with Ad Ops and leadership to ensure proper setup and implementation within GAM and relevant DSPs. Track and log all outreach, meetings, and deals in Ad Orbit (OMS) to maintain visibility and accountability. Analyze performance and identify growth opportunities within programmatic pipelines. Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in digital advertising, ad tech, and automation. What You Have Proven experience in programmatic sales, ad tech, or digital media partnerships. Established network within media agencies, trading desks, and DSPs. Solid understanding of GAM, SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic deal types (PMP, PG, PD, open auction). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Familiarity with CRM or OMS systems (Ad Orbit, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for tracking sales activity. A passion for digital innovation and building scalable revenue relationships.
