    ABOUT THE ROLE The HR Manager works as a business partner with functional managers in the development of human capital plans and strategies.     ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of Benefits for North America is responsible for the strategic direction, design, and oversight of all company health and welfare benefit plans to ensure alignment with the company's objectives, enhance the employee experience, increase engagement, and support the company's goal of being an employer of choice. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Lead the design and improvement of employee benefits programs, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and administration practices. Manage all aspects of relationships with benefits providers such as consultants, insurance companies, retirement plan administrators, wellness program vendors, and other third-party providers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Education : Bachelor's degree Additional Education Preferred : Master's degree Field of Study Preferred: Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Required Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive North American benefits experience, with a minimum of five years in a leadership role. Extensive experience managing acquisition due diligence and integration. Experience effectively working with people throughout an organization, including front-line employees and executives. Demonstrated experience managing confidential and sensitive information, and properly maintaining this information. Experience giving and receiving often complex and sensitive information in both verbal and written communications. Hands-on leader who has a proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, clearly communicate expectations, and meet deadlines. Required Training/Certifications : Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), are a plus. Required Computer and Software Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
