Perform preventative maintenance of building facilities such as but not limited to daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of building equipment, and preventive maintenance of HVAC and sanitary equipment. Complete and manage work using a computerized maintenance management system. Ensures that each guest interaction is friendly and professional Willingness to contribute to all areas of operations to support teammates as required Duties will require the need to lift equipment over 50lbs, work at heights, use hand & power tools, and operate mechanical equipment. What skills and experience do you need for this job?: The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Millwright journeyman status or equivalent Electrical knowledge and experience, 24VDC, PLC, basic troubleshooting Lift operations and lift maintenance experience Building maintenance or construction experience Fall Arrest certifications or ability to complete Equipment operation experience, or ability to learn Proven history of safe work practices Excellent customer service skills Ability to excel and perform professionally under stress Computer knowledge and experience an asset First Aid Training and Driver's license an asset To honour our Always Honest policy all employees must consent to a criminal What will your work environment be like?: Beautiful.
