Title - Team Lead (Warehouse) Tenure - Full Time, Ongoing Location – Mississauga, ON Pay Rate- $21/hr Shifts & Coverage: S2: Monday to Thursday – 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM Role Overview: The Shift Lead is responsible for hands-on team supervision, ensuring efficient operations in the Put to Store (PTS) areas while maintaining high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and team development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside the team in the PTS areas, ensuring smooth daily operations. Provide coaching, training, and safety observation to team members, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices. Conduct performance reviews with the Operations Manager at least twice per shift, reviewing reporting and providing feedback to staff in a timely manner. Track bottom 3 and top 3 performers daily for Reasonable Expectation (RE) metrics, documenting coaching conversations and monitoring trends for overall team performance.
