    Job Description Overview The System Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of system architecture and solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing strategies, and compliance with coding standards. Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional growth. Continuous Improvement: Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team by adopting new technologies, tools, and development practices. Documentation and Reporting : Ensure proper documentation of all development processes, standards, and procedures, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Expertise in Software Design and Development : Extensive experience in software design, object-oriented programming, and proficient coding skills in multiple languages such as C# and Java. Web Development : Skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular. MSSQL/Oracle Database : Database design, performance tuning and optimization.     Description : As an Account Manager in ASUS’s OPBG department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by primarily managing Asus’s tier 1 retail accounts. You’ll oversee product promotions, inventory, marketing exposure, and cross-functional team collaborations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about consumer technology and skilled in building relationships in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
    Key Responsibilities : Manage all business aspects of assigned accounts, ensuring growth and alignment with company goals. Collaborate with accounts to manage active SKUs, promotions, inventory, and marketing activities. Proactively identify and execute sales opportunities, completing the full product life cycle. Conduct routine meetings (virtual and face-to-face) to maintain account engagement. Provide product knowledge training to clients to enhance brand mindshare. Represent ASUS at industry trade shows and customer events. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to support account initiatives and strategies. Maintain punctuality and attendance to meet job expectations. Perform other duties as assigned.
    Preferred Experience, Traits, and Skills : Sales Expertise : Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets in North American accounts.     DESCRIPTION Reporting to Manager of Channel Marketing, the Snr Channel Marketing Manager/Specialist for the System Business Group drives winning marketing programs to increase ASUS’ market share in Canada. The Snr Channel Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for various retail channels. The Channel Marketing Specialist will work closely with sales, product management, channel partners, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, revenue and increase market share for the company; drive, grow and expand B2C sales through programs, MDF activities, joint promotions, trainings/events, and other opportunities.
    Responsibilities
    The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies and initiatives to increase foot traffic, drives sales, and enhance brand visibility within the retail channel. Manage and execute the cross-functional implementation of the channel marketing plan Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling visual merchandising displays, signage, and POS materials that align with ASUS brand guidelines. Train and educate retail store staff on new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives. In-store channel marketing execution and optimization including merchandizer management, quality control management. Liaise with ASUS team members and various business partners to ensure ASUS creative is compliant with partner funding requirements. Conduct periodic reviews of the budget plan, adjusting and revisions as needed to align with changing business priorities and market conditions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising efforts.
    QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills & Abilities A clear understanding of brand marketing strategy and 360-degree marketing tactics. Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build business partnerships Knowledge of the process and creation of merchandising solutions in-store and online Understanding of the channel, the technology ecosystem, and working knowledge of the fundamentals of technology preferred Ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment and to handle numerous duties, manage budgets, balance ongoing requests, set priorities and meet tight deadlines Positive, results-oriented attitude and a love of learning new things Fluent in English Required Experience Bachelor's Degree in a related field 3-7 years of marketing experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment, preferably in the PC/ gaming industry or agency experience.
