    Position: SP3D/S3D (Smart 3D) Designer Location: Remote Employment Type: Future Opportunities Industry: Engineering, Oil & Gas, etc.
    Job Summary: We are seeking skilled S3D (Smart 3D) Designers to join our pipeline for future opportunities. The ideal candidates will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models using Smart 3D (S3D) software for industrial, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects. The role involves collaborating with engineers and project teams to develop detailed designs, piping layouts, equipment arrangements, and structural models.
    Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain 3D models using Smart 3D (S3D) for piping, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines. Generate detailed design drawings, including isometrics, general arrangements, and fabrication drawings. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient design workflows. Ensure designs comply with project specifications, industry codes, and client requirements. Maintain and update model databases and document design changes. Work with other CAD designers and drafters to ensure consistency and accuracy across all project deliverables. Support project coordination meetings and provide technical input.
    Required Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field . 2+ years of experience as an S3D Designer in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, shipbuilding, or industrial construction. Proficiency in Smart 3D (S3D) Strong understanding of piping, structural, and/or mechanical design principles. Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, and ISO . Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) Knowledge of material specifications and construction methodologies.

    We are looking for for Ship Designers for future opportunities with Duke who have experience in HVAC, Piping, Electrical, and Outfitting design using Ship Constructor and or FORAN who can participate in all phases of new design projects in the shipbuilding industry.
    Job Responsibilities Knowledge of marine design, including detailed knowledge of shipbuilding and production standard methodologies. Proficiency with Ship Constructor or FORAN Extensive knowledge of 3D CAD software required. Working knowledge of basic MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Experience working with a diverse integrated team is considered an asset
    Required Qualifications Diploma or Degree in a related subject area, Marine or Shipbuilding industry More than two (2 ) years of designing experience in the shipbuilding field Previous Shipyard experience Must be able to obtain Canadian Secret Clearance
