To be considered, you would need experience working for a manufacturing company and have experience leading a good Predictive Maintenance Program and be a champion for CI Initiatives. You would also need experience leading maintenance programs for weld robots or stamping presses.

RESPONSIBILITIES/EFFORTS • Make improvements to a Predictive Maintenance program and look to make long term fixes to the production equipment • Leads continuous improvements and cost reduction projects through the use of lean manufacturing techniques • Leads a team of 10-12 Millwrights, Electricians, and Robotic Technicians. • Involved in all aspects of building maintenance requirements for all new construction, renovations and updates according to legal requirements • Coordinates and monitors contractor activities for projects.
