Le poste relève du Directeur des Opérations, Solutions Patient. Il s'agit d'un poste hybride travaillant à domicile et au siège social pour un contrat de 6 mois. Objectifs principaux : Responsable de l'inscription en temps utile du patient, du soignant ou du tuteur au programme de soutien au patient.
