Job Description The Inventory Lead ensures the inventory moves in, out and around the store efficiently and accurately. You keep our customers and store Associates happy by contributing to the orderly operations of the store, and getting merchandise to the right place as expeditiously as possible using our intelligent inventory routing and tracking systems. Critical Functions As Inventory Lead you will execute the following activities: Reception: Unpack, scan backstock, steam if applicable, and place merchandise on sales floor expeditiously, according to company standards. Ship from store: Execute the daily pick and pack process to fulfill online orders according to company standards, and ensure sufficient supplies are on hand to meet demand (bags, boxes, toner, labels, etc.). Replenishment: Maintain stockroom inventory accuracy in iPad application and use our Stock Replenishment Solution to conduct daily replenishment of items sold from within the store. Markdowns: Periodically adjust ticketed prices for selected merchandise storewide. Internal Merchandise Transfers: Prepare stock to transfer to other stores according to company standards. Maintain receiving and stock areas. Assist as needed with operational activities such as cashier duties and other POS tasks, steaming and visual merchandising. May be required to lead/guide other associates in stock related functions. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role - retail environment preferred. Sense of urgency. Team player.
