Required Knowledge and Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in business architecture, including 5 years in property and casualty insurancePractical experience in claimsExperience in large-scale projects/programsAutonomous leadership in managing business architecture mandatesExperience leading and facilitating executive workshopsStrong executive-level communication and writing expertise in an influential roleKnowledge of the Guidewire/Claims ecosystemExperience as a business architect in large projects involving multiple system integrationsWill also work on files involving integrations with Policy, Billing, Finance, Customer, etc.Knowledge of the insurance and claims industryAbility to write business needs and business requirementsAbility to produce business architecture documentationAbility to support business analysts by coaching them on writing requirements, validating their analysis documents, and providing directionAbility to prepare positioning papers and present them to project committeesBilingual
