We’re seeking a client‑facing Senior Salesforce Admin to own production support and configuration across Sales/Service Cloud (FSC a plus). You’ll triage incidents, drive RCA, deliver admin/config solutions (users/roles/permissions, flows, validation rules, case processes), manage sandboxes and releases, and partner closely with business and clients. Requirements: Salesforce Admin certification. 5+ years’ Salesforce Administrator experience is required. Excellent communication skills. Experience with FSC knowledge/certification, App Builder, Service Cloud advanced features, DevOps Center/Copado is preferred.
Scope : The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) require a solution architect - CRM to provide technical leadership for the data migration into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O). Assignment Deliverables : As a technical leader in the data migration and reporting team, you will provide expert guidance into all aspects of the data migration from legacy solutions into Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, full and delta load design and implementation and ensure a quality data migration. Other responsibilities include: Lead the development, implementation and management of D365 CE and F&O, monitoring of the whole system. Define the interactions between application packages, databases and middleware systems. Deliver customizations by defining and implementing entities, fields, workflows, business rules, forms, and views, ensuring they align with the business processes. Determine how the Dynamics CRM system will integrate with other systems and applications within the organization's technology landscape. Establish security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure proper access control within the CRM system. Optimize the performance of the Dynamics CRM system to ensure smooth operation and responsiveness. Ongoing Support: lead post-migration support, analysis and resolution of data-related issues or questions; help with optimizing data management processes in the new environment.
