    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SERVICE COORDINATOR: Drives and oversees all aspects of internal and external Service Management, ensuring client satisfaction by effectively coordinating support efforts across the Service Desk, Managed Services, and Application Support teams Tracks service performance against SLAs/KPIs, driving continuous improvement Act as the escalation point for service issues, ensuring swift resolution and transparent communication with clients.     WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A SERVICE COORDINATOR: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience Committed to exceeding customer expectations through proactive service delivery and responsiveness. Proficient in ITIL practices and service management tools. Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective teamwork and collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information. Independent, solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving and project management skills Prior administrative and Insurance Industry experience is an asset.

Professional designation (e.g., CRSP, CHSC) would be of benefit, but not required. 5+ years of progressive health and safety experience in the manufacturing sector. Experience leading a team would be considered an asset. This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to take on strategic responsibilities, mentor a team and drive client success.
    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SR. ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER: Project Leadership: Manage all phases of small to large-scale environmental projects, including client management, site investigations, analysis, reporting, and contract administration. Lead environmental investigations such as Phase II/III ESA’s, remedial options analyses, and hazardous material surveys. Develop and oversee field sampling plans for soil, water, sediment, and air quality assessments.
    Technical Excellence: Conduct all detailed technical analysis, prepare designs, and deliver high-quality reports and proposals. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
    Team Development: Mentor and guide junior and intermediate staff, reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and quality. Coordinate project deliverables and provide strategic direction for the team.
    Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A SR. ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER: A degree in Environmental Engineering, Geoscience or a related field (graduate degree is an asset). Minimum 8-10 years of experience in environmental engineering or geoscience with a focus on project management and technical writing. Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Geoscientist (P.Geo.) in Manitoba (or eligibility). Expertise in environmental data evaluation, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills, including experience mentoring team members. Willingness to travel to project sites, including remote locations. Valid driver’s license required.
