    The Guest Experience, Technical Analyst will interact with multiple lines of business within Recipe's organization in defining business processes, gathering requirements, and aligning Recipe's Guest Experience solutions to ensure seamless integration.
    In this role you will assist in planning, designing, configuring, developing, testing, and implementing enterprise level solutions related to Guest Experience management, reputation management, integration, and reporting. An in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and their application and overall usefulness is required. The Guest Experience, Technical Analyst will have a good blend of people, functional, and technical skills for cross team collaboration and support.
    The key responsibilities of this role can be segregated into four major categories;
    Business Analysis Data Management Enterprise level Business Solutions Design, Development and Deployment Support/Training
    What you will do in this role:
    Investigate and analyze existing systems and business requirements in order to provide cost effective and efficient solutions to Recipe's end user community Create reports from a variety of databases including Zendesk, Yext, Sprout Social and Ring Central Work with end-users in mapping current and future business processes, identify gap analysis, and propose recommendations. Ability to analyze and document business processes relating to Zendesk, Yext, Sprout Social and Ring Central Define, design, and develop business application solutions in liaison with external vendors and Recipe's internal technical team. Understands source and target data systems, addresses data quality issues, and develops integrated solutions between systems where necessary. Stay up to date on industry trends, best-practices, and frameworks used to track, measure, and model customer data, metrics, and behaviours Present quarterly to teammates and internal partners, sharing key KPIs, trends, and insight

    What we are looking for from you:
    3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics preferred Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and strong sense of ownership.     The Director, Real Estate is responsible for leading and overseeing all new store leasing functions for all Recipe Unlimited brands in the respective territory across Canada. In this role, you will also deliver on the strategic retail growth plans for all brands to meet business objectives.
    What you will do in this role:
    Prepare and present executive presentations of all Real Estate Proposals/Deals in the respective territory. This includes, but not limited to; preparing letters of intent/proposals prior to Real Estate Committee approvals. Coordinate with brand leads, construction, legal, market planning and finance for required supporting documentation and economics for these submissions. Evaluate markets with brands and market planning and develop strategic growth plans for their respective territories for market prioritization and implementation. Perform market analysis of all potential sites and manage site selection process, using business management tools such as Sitewise and Smartsheet. Provide strategic direction on required relocations, expansions, etc. to enhance the growth portfolio in the respective territory. Inform the company of competitive and unique marketplace/retail characteristics by specific regions that are of value to the company. Deliver on the strategic objectives for new store growth. Negotiate terms and conditions in the respective territory for all term sheets, letters of intent, leases, and lease amending agreements, working closely with the legal, design, and construction teams. Collaborate with both external and internal cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are opened on time and on budget. Manage all new store real estate initiatives including leasing processes. Maintain a pipeline of future business opportunities in the respective territory to ensure that we are on target to meet growth plans over the next several years. Build strong partnerships with shopping centre developers and landlords throughout Canada to obtain relevant and timely information on their sites and promote Recipe brands. Ensure that we are the first call for new store opportunities. Ensure that all existing store real estate related issues are investigated and resolved with a sense of urgency and commitment as required. Provide solutions in a timely fashion to our franchise partners as well as corporate General Managers. Provide Disposition support by liaising with the Real Estate Managers who are negotiating with landlords to get underperforming assets via lease buyouts to minimize Recipe's financial exposure. Coach and mentor direct reports on their markets, deals, process improvements and development. Work on special projects as required.
    What we are looking for from you:
    Business Degree in business administration, real estate, or accounting At least 10 years of experience in a related field. Working knowledge of retail commercial real estate, business law, retail financing and accounting principles Property Management Experience Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.     Sr. Specialist Food Safety is responsible to support the development and implementation of Food Safety & Quality Management programs across all restaurant Brands. As an innovative, solution orientated, self-starter technical professional, you are responsible to provide the right leadership, program customization, tools, training and coaching to support the Recipe Food Safety mandate. Sr. Specialist Food Safety is proactive, customer centric leader in Canadian restaurant Food Safety & Quality Assurance – supporting the business to deliver the perfect guest experience, every time.
    What you will do in this role:
    Support the development of policy, procedures, reporting and evaluation systems that advance the company’s strategic plan as related to Food Safety & Quality at Recipe Develop, train & implement the banner HACCP program to ensure practical usage and legal compliance Support Banner prerequisite programs such as pest control, sanitation etc. Ensure all Food Safety training and training tools at store level are current, effective, in place and meet company goals and legislation Provide guidance on processes and operational standards to ensure regulatory compliance and lowest practicable food safety risks for business Follow up food safety audits and/or government inspections, manage corrective action plans as required and ensure that plans are implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Cara Food Safety Program Monitor KPI results, proactively identify trends and/or emerging issues, and champion remediation of same Investigate complaints as required and support root cause address of issues Liaise with government inspectors (Public Health, CFIA) as appropriate to address and resolve food safety issues as they arise at the banner and restaurant level Remain current on all relevant legislation surrounding food safety management in Canada Work collaboratively with the Brand leadership to report on progress, issues, barriers and successes Develop food safety training material and content utilizing a variety of learning modalities Key contributor to food safety crisis management as required Be knowledgeable of all Industry issues and up to date with legislation, training, best practices to support the continued advancement of the Food Safety & Quality program at Recipe
    What we are looking for from you:
