~5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior support role
~ Proven record building relationships with stakeholders at all levels

~ Event planning or marketing experience is an asset
~ Knowledge of Ottawa’s business community is an asset
About the role
If hired, you will:
Manage the CEO’s calendar and correspondence (email and phone)
Organize meeting prep, minutes, and follow-up actions
Plan and coordinate networking events and award ceremonies
Track project goals, timelines, progress, and risks
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Create reports, presentations, and content for publications, surveys, and awards
Research business trends and prepare strategic briefs
Provide logistical support and events reporting analysis
