Responsibilities also include answering the phone, and other clerical duties requested by the supervisor.RESPONSIBILITIES• Route distribution and support to delivery drivers on the road (monitoring).• Follow up on orders and notify the customer of any activity related to their merchandise.• Correct inventory errors and communicate daily with the client and the operations team to address various issues.
