    Le Représentant au service à la clientèle accompagne nos clients sur la réparation de moteurs et de ses composants, et assure les tâches commerciales principales de l'entreprise.

    Le Représentant au service à la clientèle aura également la charge de fournir les documents clients et commerciaux aux parties prenantes internes dans les meilleurs délais afin de garantir que le moteur soit prêt pour l'intégration et que tout problème client ou contractuel ultérieur soit résolu afin de soutenir l'atelier et de livrer le produit au client comme prévu.

    Principales Responsabilités :

    Préparer le produit pour l'intégration
    Demander des évaluations de crédit et des vérifications d'antécédents conformément aux exigences du BEF, notamment en matière de conformité, de contrôle des exportations, d'exigences juridiques et financières, et soumettre le tout pour approbation. Recevoir les demandes commerciales, les demandes de devis et les demandes de propositions pour la réparation de moteurs et de composants, et coordonner avec les équipes concernées la production des tarifs et des conditions contractuelles pour approbation. Établir le prix de toutes les activités commerciales, réaliser l'évaluation des marges et obtenir les approbations pour tous les travaux, conformément aux politiques internes. Vérifier les commandes clients conformément aux conditions convenues avant acceptation et signaler toute divergence. Coordonner et collecter les informations produit requises auprès des équipes de planification de flotte client et RR MRO. Le cas échéant, fournir et examiner les contrats de location de moteurs et les exigences relatives aux contrats d'investissement avant acceptation et signaler toute divergence. Coordonner et animer les réunions TRC de l'atelier et, le cas échéant, les réunions de lancement commercial. Administrer le processus de commande client du début (création) à la fin (livraison) et saisir les commandes dans l'ERP/SAP.
    Gestion de la relation client
    Participer aux appels de pré-intégration avec le responsable. Participer aux réunions internes et recueillir les informations nécessaires pour évaluer l'état du produit afin de fournir une communication écrite et verbale précise et ponctuelle au client et aux équipes après-vente Rolls-Royce. Répondre rapidement aux demandes et préoccupations des clients, en faisant preuve de discernement pour les faire remonter au niveau supérieur, le cas échéant. Tenir à jour des rapports quotidiens et hebdomadaires, anticiper et remonter à son responsable toute préoccupation client ou contractuelle. Collaborer avec ses pairs, dans les limites de son niveau hiérarchique, pour trouver des solutions aux problèmes clients ou contractuels. Assister les visites des clients à l'atelier pour la révision des moteurs et des composants. Générer des estimations de coûts précises et actualisées pour le représentant commercial pendant le processus d'atelier, si nécessaire. Saisir les commandes client et les données applicables dans l'ERP/SAP.
    Livraison du produit
    Administrer tous les contrats/accords avec les clients, conformément aux conditions générales signées et aux procédures de RR. Effectuer la vérification initiale des codes transactionnels des factures, conformément aux exigences contractuelles et en tenant compte des remplacements de pièces moteur connus. Assister les clients dans les litiges contractuels et tarifaires, à la demande du responsable. À la demande du responsable, obtenir les autorisations commerciales (AC) et les soumettre aux approbations commerciales applicables. Vérification finale des factures pour garantir leur conformité aux conditions contractuelles. Préparer les modèles d'instructions de facturation manuelle pour NAFSC, le cas échéant. Saisir les livraisons et les données applicables dans le système ERP/SAP.
    Tâches générales
    Saisir les indexations tarifaires conformément aux contrats ; informer les clients par courrier officiel, communiquer en interne les tarifs révisés et mettre à jour le système ERP/SAP. Tenir à jour les informations clients dans le système ERP/SAP. Développer, bâtir et entretenir de solides relations de travail avec les clients et les RR. Accueillir les clients en dehors des heures de travail et se déplacer si nécessaire. Support téléphonique selon les besoins du secteur d'activité. Effectuer toute autre tâche liée à l'entreprise et au service, ainsi que contribuer individuellement aux indicateurs clés de performance de l'équipe.
    Exigences principales :
    Baccalauréat en commerce, administration ou équivalent. Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en relation client et/ou en bureautique. Excellentes compétences en communication, écrite et orale, en français et en anglais. Citoyen ou résident permanent du Canada Orientation client, aptitudes commerciales, bonnes compétences rédactionnelles, orales et de présentation, respect des délais, normes éthiques élevées, aisance relationnelle et communication. Esprit d'équipe et capacité à interagir avec les membres des différentes fonctions internes et externes pour une prise de décision efficace.     Key Responsibilities:

    Prepares the product for induction
    Requests credit assessments, background checks in accordance with BEF requirements including Compliance, Export Control, Legal and Financial Requirements and submits for approval. Receives Engines and Component Repair business requests, RFQs and RFPs and coordinates with the respective teams to produce pricing and contractual terms for Business approval. Prices all business activities, performs Profit/Margin evaluation and get approvals for all work, in accordance with internal policies. Reviews customer PO's in line with the agreed terms before acceptance, and report any discrepancies. Coordinates and gathers the required product information from the Customer and RR MRO Fleet Planning teams. When applicable, provides and reviews Lease Engine agreements and COI requirements before acceptance, and reports any discrepancies. Coordinates and hosts shop TRC meetings, and when applicable, Commercial Launch meetings. Administers the Sales Order process from start (creation) to finish (delivery) and enters Sales Orders onto ERP/SAP.
    Customer Relationship Management
    Attends pre-induction calls with the Manager. Attends internal meetings and collects information as required to attain the status of the product to provide accurate and timely written/verbal communication to the customer and Rolls Royce aftermarket teams. Responds in a timely manner to Customer requests and concerns, using sound judgement to escalate when and as required. Maintains routine daily and weekly reports, anticipates and escalates to his/her manager any customer or contractual concerns. Within level of authority, works with the respective peers to provide solutions for Customer or contractual issues. Supports Customer visits to the shop for engine and component review. Generates accurate updated cost estimates to the Sales Representative during the shop process when required. Enters Sales Orders and applicable data into ERP/SAP.
    Deliver the product
