What will you do in this job?: Greet and assist guests, promoting products like jackets, hats, sunscreen, and custom souvenirs. Operate a point-of-sale system (RTP) to sell products, handle transactions, and manage pricing. Maintain product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and enhance guest experience. Resolve sales issues such as scanning errors, exchanges, and returns efficiently. Ensure store setup is complete, including till preparation and supply readiness, before opening. Maintain a clean, organized store environment and complete administrative tasks like inventory counting and filing. Communicate with other departments, including Lift Operators and Guest Service Agents, to enhance operations. Provide information about weather, hiking trail conditions, and tram operations. Follow cash handling procedures and submit end-of-day reports to supervisors. Comply with safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned. What skills and experience do you need for this job?: Previous retail experience is an asset. Hospitality-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
