Le candidat idal est motiv, possde de solides comptences organisationnelles, une grande capacit rsoudre les problmes, d'excellentes aptitudes la communication et une exprience de travail dans un environnement logistique ou d'approvisionnement en volution rapide.\n\nVoici les responsabilits quotidiennes d'un Agent(e) Logistique - Approvisionnement :\n\nCoordination des fournisseurs et excution des commandes\n\n Grer de bout en bout le processus de passage du PR au PO pour les colis de travail attribus.\n Grer le processus de devis de bout en bout pour l'approvisionnement en pices dtaches sans contrat, y compris l'valuation des prix et des frais, les dlais de livraison et les conditions relatives aux quantits minimales de commande.\n Contacter les fournisseurs et assurer la coordination avec eux afin d'acclrer et/ou de rsoudre les problmes lis aux commandes urgentes des clients et aux commandes de rapprovisionnement.\n Il s'occupe du non-respect par les fournisseurs des dlais dfinis et assure le suivi pour rsoudre les retards.\n Superviser les remontes de rapports sur les commandes en cours manant de l'quipe logistique de la chane de valeur et rsoudre les exceptions avec les fournisseurs.\n Mettre jour les rapports ncessaires avec les engagements et les mises jour des fournisseurs, y compris les outils de gestion des commandes en souffrance des clients.\n S'aligner et se coordonner avec l'quipe AOG pour assurer la priorisation des commandes critiques.\n\nRsolution des problmes et conformit\n\n Soutenir et travailler en collaboration constante avec l'quipe logistique des flux de valeur pour contribuer au flux des matriaux et la rsolution des problmes, y compris la gestion des demandes d'achat et leur conversion si ncessaire, le suivi des bons de commande, le calendrier de livraison et les factures.\n Rsoudre les divergences entre les commandes, les rejets et les rclamations avec le fournisseur.\n Soutenir les processus de demande d'valuation des fournisseurs (RFSE) pour les nouveaux fournisseurs afin d'assurer le suivi des inspections des premiers articles (FAI).\n\nSoutien oprationnel et gestion des donnes\n\n Maintenir la communication et l'alignement avec les parties prenantes internes afin de s'assurer que le systme est jour pour reflter les informations adquates sur les fournisseurs, l'approvisionnement et l'excution des commandes, y compris les dlais, les quantits minimales de commande et les conditions de prix.\n Participer aux projets spciaux lis aux fournisseurs, y compris le suivi de la conformit et l'tablissement de rapports.\n\n\nVoici ce qui est ncessaire pour russir:\n\n Diplme en chane d'approvisionnement, en gestion d'entreprise, en logistique ou dans un domaine connexe.\n 1 5 ans d'exprience dans le domaine des achats, de l'approvisionnement, de la gestion des fournisseurs ou de la logistique.\n Une exprience dans le domaine de l'arospatiale ou de la fabrication est un atout.\n Exprience de travail avec des systmes ERP (SAP ou similaires) et des outils d'approvisionnement.\n Matrise de la suite Microsoft (Excel, Outlook).\n Capacit analyser les rapports sur l'tat des commandes, identifier les lacunes et traiter efficacement les problmes lis aux fournisseurs.\n Excellent souci du dtail, sens de l'organisation et solides comptences en matire de rsolution de problmes.\n Capacit travailler de manire autonome et grer des priorits multiples dans un environnement en constante volution.\n Capacit communiquer et collaborer efficacement avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes.\n Capacit communiquer en anglais, tant l'crit qu' l'oral.
