ProgramOverview Anchor Point is a comprehensive 16-week program designed to support Albertans receiving Income Support who would benefit from a structured, full-time program. Participants work closely with a dedicated job success coach and facilitator to develop mental health management strategies, build essential life skills, and receive personalized job search and employment coaching. Anchor Point assists participants through the following: In-depth assessment to identify needs Individualized and small-group support Mental health and resilience building Employment preparation and wellness workshops Job search assistance/direct job matching You may be eligible to enroll if you are: Currently unemployed or underemployed (20 hours or less/week) Coping with diagnosed or self-diagnosed mental health challenges

Place and install forms in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Ensure there is always positive drainage Fabricate cribs, frames and forms. Dismantle and stack in a safe and organize manner, forms, pins, etc. Keep the waste of forms and form materials to a minimum by reusing or recycling whenever possible. Inform the foreman at the end of the day, the hours worked and measurements of completed forms for each jobsite. Measure the number of installed forms on a per linear meter basis. Generate detailed quantity take-offs to establish precise project cost estimates. Create and manage “Requests for Information” (RFIs) and assess project addendums for potential cost impacts. Produce professional and competitive project estimates and customer quotations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices in all estimates and quotation documents. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain technical input and pricing details. Maintain organized job files and digital project databases.
