There will be a significant amount of time spent outside and exposed to the elements as well.Pay: $36.34-40.35/hourThe Operator position is responsible for the day-to-day safe and customer service-oriented operations of waste treatment, oil treatment and water injection. The Operator will be in constant contact with customers and therefore, must demonstrate excellent communications skills and a high level of customer service. As this is a safety-sensitive role and due to the nature of working conditions, the Operator is required to be mentally and physically fit to successfully perform the tasks and responsibilities of this role. As an Operator, the minimum responsibilities are:•    Plant safety (i.e. ensuring that each operation is following Standard Operating Procedures and safety work procedures, SWP permitting, Hazard Assessments and Intelex items are entered in a timely manner)
    •    Responsible for truck unloading, oil emulsion, water & vac trucks (paper trail)
    •    Responsible for oil treating with the treater, cooler or tank treating
    •    Responsible for proper equipment operation and preventative maintenance
    •    Participating in waste processing, waste and mud tank operation, shaker & centrifuge operations and solids treating
    •    Managing ongoing water injection, filter changing and pump maintenance
    •    Conducting boiler operations, testing and steam system operations
    •    Conducting daily, weekly and monthly plant checks
